I dropped my car off on 01/03/25 and got it back on 01/27/25. Despite countless times I was told it would be just a few more days I stayed calm. Despite an unexpected death in the family which had us travel to corpus in a loaner car, again I stayed calm. When the service guy called to tell me they had threaded something incorrectly but had now fixed all issues I stayed calm. I even expressed my gratitude about receiving such good news during a hard time. But when my husband dropped off my car yesterday after coming straight from the dealership with the gas light on. After yall had it a month you could not even have the decency to put in enough gas to at least get back to our side of town. But no worries we returned your loaner with more than the “22%” required on the paperwork. Which is the proper way to take care of a vehicle.

I received a text en route to the dealership so I was unable to respond. I arrived and was greeted by two ladies who directed me to a salesperson. Justin was very nice. Like working with a neighbor. We discussed which vehicle I was interested in. Soon I found myself sitting behind the wheel and taking a spin. We came back and started paperwork. I was introduced to Clay who was also very kind and knowledgeable. He explained the warranty so well. I think it was the first time I ever fully understood a warranty. Once we finished that up, Justin took me to the service area to show me where I will go for oil changes and maintenance. Then my son and I got our picture made in front of my brand new pickemup truck. It was an easy and was faster than other dealerships. Only took up half of my day. Thanks guys.

I had an issue with my newly purchased to me used car. The issue was known about and an agreed upon fixed was in place once the part became available. Unfortunately the issue became more of an issue. The dealership took great car of me by picking up the car and sourcing the part. They got the vehicle back to me and had fixed a tiny thing I had asked them about. This dealership has gone above and beyond from the sale of the car to the fixing of the issue! This dealership, Jim Turner Chevrolet, fixed an issue with the dash of our 2024 GMC Terrain that has been ... unfixable, since we bought the car (1/2-inch-high x 20-inch-long gap between main dash and front panel). Another dealership ... where we bought the car over a year ago, could not fix it. I feel they did not really want to mess with it, for some unknown reason. And after 2 attempts made even worse! They continuously told us, for over a year, "part was on backorder"). They even made other comments that made us fill like we were being Lied TO! So we took our car to Jim Turner Chevrolet. The GREAT folks at Jim Turner looked at it and made some adjustments (it had been installed wrong). But time and heat, etc. had warped the front panel so there was still a very small gap. The Professionals at Jim Turner apparently take a "Lot More Pride" in their work than ... that ... other place, and since the fit was not perfect ordered a new piece. Which they were able to get in just 4 weeks ... and They Fixed it Like New!!! WOW!!! Now That is Excellent Service!! I HIGHLY Recommend Jim Turner Chevrolet and plan on using them, a lot. We even recently purchased a 2019 Chevy Cruze from them. Thank You Jim Turner Chevrolet! Gary & Sheila Bybee

Corrected mis alignment on my 2024 Z06 Corvette...had been working with Auto Nation Service manager Grant Lipscomb who stalled me from December 2024 until June 2025 and said they didn't have the Z06 parameters in their Hunter alignment equipment. My friend recommended Jim Turner in McGregor. I then visited Jim Turner and spoke with the service manager who immediately checked his Hunter Alignment Machine and said yes, the parameters were there. We scheduled an appointment and did the alignment and first oil change...service was quick, professional and now I have a dealer that I trust for my service work. This misalignment existed from day #1 and alignment showed bot the front and the rear alignment was in the red and out of specification from the factory. This alignment issue made my Corvette dangerous to drive at speeds above 70MPH and would dart violently with any deviation in road surface. I now can finally enjoy my Corvette Z06...thank you Jim Turner Chevrolet

This is an email I sent the people who helped me at the dealership: Each of you has had a hand in taking care of my 2022 Tahoe Z71. From selling it to me, to fixing a weird OnStar/infotainment issue, to repairing a sunroof drain/interior leak, ordering/replacing parts for my windshield and a few cosmetic items I wanted taken care of, to servicing the vehicle. Being ex military I can be a bit OCD/anal and I worry about things. This leads me to researching whatever issue I am having and asking a ton of questions/having discussion around the issue. I also need to be reassured about things sometimes. All of my issues/questions have always been answered with professionalism, great service, knowledge and assurances where needed. I wanted to give a heartfelt thank you for all that you have done for me. I greatly appreciate it. I think about something Larry once said to me when I was concerned about an issue and asking questions. He said "not to worry about things, we have world class people working at Jim Turner." I have to agree. Each one of you is part of what makes Jim Turner Chevrolet the reason I drive two hours round trip to bring my vehicle there.

He called me promptly and told me of repairs needed and I asked him to do one other repair. No problem. Would have it finished up Friday. I got the truck back Friday early. Thanks Will.

Kyle was on his A game from the start. I called to set up an appointment for my first oil change and trans service on my C8 Corvette. Kyle informed me there were a couple of recalls that had to do with programming and we would knock it all out in one trip. He told me the programming typically took some time and they would need it overnight but not to worry they provided me with a loaner. Took care of the maintenance and recalls and picked it up the next day!

I have had ongoing issues with a vehicle I purchased from JTC. It was a very frustrating process to keep having the issue pop up. My issue is something that would not have been spotted with a regular presale inspection. Throughout the process of getting my truck fixed JTC took care of me. Kept me informed and answered all my questions, I ask a lot of questions! I have been very happy with the sales process I went through and regular service has also been great; 4x4 flush and fill, trans flush, windshield replacement (my fault) and a few misc body parts installed. Setting aside the frustration of trying to track a weird issue down a vehicle, JTC really did take care of me and I will be using them in the future, already looking for another car from them.

I came in with a flat tire. Whatever I ran over, it lost air quickly. I was already headed in the direction of the dealership, and barely made it there. I wasn't sure what time they opened, but when Rachel got there she had me come on in, even though they were not open yet. Rachel was beyond helpful. The tire had to be replaced, but she checked to see if I had tire warranty. She went the extra mile and saved me some money. Thank you Rachel!

Great service and quality work! My truck went in for a idler pulley squealing and after an extensive inspection, they found out the truck had major engine issues. They ending up putting in a new engine and it was under warranty. They also gave me great loaner truck to drive while the work was being done. Justin Owens was our salesperson and he was awesome to work with. You close at 6:00pm and I got there at 5:30pm on Friday and had to wait on my husband. Justin did not rush us, he let us take the Traverse for a drive and take our time. He answered all of our questions, showed us all the gadgets on the car and explained everything thoroughly. We were there until after 7pm and neither him or the managers rushed us out. We went back the next morning and closed the deal and signed the papers. The only thing that we didn't agree with was that our credit was pulled twice. The first one by one of the manager's, that we feel like was unnecessary. We told them we only wanted it pulled once by the bank and that we had excellent credit. Reason being if it's pulled too many times, it goes against our credit, but it was done anyway.
