Towing Services
Our 24-hour towing department features two convenient ways to service you. Call 254-840-3261 during business hours or Tow King @ (254) 666-5484 for after hours. Our tow drivers can bring your damaged vehicle directly to Jim Turner's Collision Center, where our friendly staff can prepare an estimate quickly and painlessly.
Rental And Loaner Fleet
If your vehicle has major damage, your life shouldn't be put on hold while your vehicle is in for repairs. If covered by your insurance, our Collision Repair Center will provide a loner, on a first come basis, or assist you in scheduling a rental car - making it easy for your schedule to get back to normal! And, if your vehicle is in for work that doesn't fall under your insurance policy, we can work with you to find alternative transportation. With certain minor repairs, JTC can also pick up your vehicle, complete the same-day service, and deliver it back to you. Just let our Collision Repair Center employees know when you schedule your service work. JTC Collision Center provides a limited lifetime warranty on work performed during your repair. This includes metal work, mechanical repairs, and painting. This limited warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle, and is for the person to whom this limited warranty is granted, and whose name appears on the original work order.
