2024 Chevrolet Equinox

The 2024 Chevy Equinox comes in trims including LS, LT, RS, and Premier. Chevy is also offering special editions for the 2024 Equinox, including the Midnight Edition and the Sport Edition on the LS trim. You can also go for the Redline Edition on the Premier trim. With standard LED headlamps and LED tail lamps on the RS and Premier trims, the 2024 Equinox has an elevated exterior style. The 2024 Equinox also comes in two new colors, Riptide Blue Metallic and Lakeshore Blue Metallic. Standard wheel sizes are 17 inches for LS and LT trims, 18 inches for Premier, and 19 inches for RS.

The 2024 Chevy Equinox comes with a powerful 1.5-liter turbo I-4 engine that offers a boost of acceleration when you want it. This engine gets up to 175 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque, making it perfect for getting over tough terrain. With a maximum towing capacity of 1,500 pounds, you can haul or tow the tools and equipment you need, whether it's for a fun weekend at the lake or moving day.

The Equinox's engine pairs with a six-speed automatic transmission and has available all-wheel drive to improve its performance and handling in different driving conditions. The 2024 Chevy Equinox with front-wheel-drive gets 26 miles per gallon in the city and 31 miles per gallon on the highway. The Equinox with all-wheel-drive gets around 24 miles per gallon in the city and 30 miles per gallon on the highway.

A heated steering wheel is now standard for the Premier trim, and available for the LT and RS trims. Heated front seats are standard for the LT and RS trims, and the hands-free power lift gate is standard on the Premier trim, but not the Redline Edition. The Equinox also comes with a 7-inch color touchscreen in the LS, LT, and RS trims, and an 8-inch touchscreen on the Premier. These touchscreens are compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto so you can connect your media, navigation, and communications. The Premier trim comes with a wireless charger, and the Equinox is Wi-Fi hotspot compatible.

The Standard Chevy Safety Assist package comes with all trims and includes emergency braking, forward collision alert, front pedestrian braking, and lane-keeping assistance. A new package for the 2024 Equinox is the Driver Confidence addition, which includes lane change alerts, rear cross-traffic alerts, and side blind-zone alerts so you're always aware of the surrounding vehicles, whether you're driving or parking. Drive Confidence II comes standard on LT, RS, and Premier trims. Driver Confidence III is a package that comes with HD Surround Vision and automatic parking assistance, and it's available on the Premier trim.
