2024 Chevrolet Silverado HD

The 2023 Chevy Silverado HD comes with a completely redesigned look, with a new, more rugged front bumper and grille. Animated headlamps and taillamps illuminate the Silverado HD, while 18-inch, 20-inch, and 22-inch tire options elevate the exterior look. There are five trim options for the 2023 Silverado 2500 HD, including WT, Custom, LT, LTZ, and High Country. The High Country is the highest trim level and comes with features like a body-color front bumper, cargo bed lighting, and Chevytec spray-on bedliner. The High Country isn't the only trim with an impressive bed, as each trim for the Silverado HD comes with a high-strength roll-formed steel bed with 12 standard tie-downs and 69.6 cubic feet of cargo volume in the standard bed, and 83.5 cubic feet of cargo space in the long bed. Colors for the 2024 Chevy Silverado HD include Iridescent Pearl Tricoat, black, Radiant Red Tintcoat, Sterling Gray Metallic, Summit White, and Lakeshore Blue Metallic.

There are two engines to choose from for the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado HD, including the 6.6-liter V-8 gasoline-powered engine and the 6.6-liter Duramax turbo-diesel V-8 engine. Depending on which options you choose, the Silverado HD offers 36,000 pounds of maximum trailering, 7,290 pounds for the maximum available payload, and 975 pound-feet of available torque.

The 2024 Silverado HD ZR2 combines everything you love in a work truck with all the great features of an off-roading vehicle. With 1.5-inch suspension lift, 35-inch mud terrain tires, and multimatic DSSV dampers, it can tackle rugged terrain and look good doing it. Trailering is another area in which the 2024 Chevy Silverado HD shines. With a 10-speed transmission and powerful drive train, the Silverado HD can tow up to 19,090 pounds with a gas engine and 36,000 pounds with a diesel engine.

The LT, LTZ, and High Country trims for the Chevrolet Silverado HD come with a 13.4-inch diagonal infotainment touchscreen and a 12.3-inch diagonal driver information center, so you can control information, media, and navigation with just the push of a button or the sound of your voice. There are three interior options for the Silverado HD, including Jet Black and Umber Leather, Jet Black and Nightshift Blue Leather, and Jet Black Leather.

The safety package for the 2024 Chevy Silverado HD comes with features like rear cross-traffic alert, rear park assist, trailer side blind zone alert, HD surround vision, trailer camera provisions, bed view cameras, the trailering app in select trims, and the safety alert seat in select trims. The forward collision alert and automatic emergency braking feature warns you when there may be a front-end collision, and automatically apply hard emergency braking.
