Body Style and Configurations
Chevy offers two versions of the Silverado HD, which are the 2500 and 3500. You can further configure your truck with different body style options and bed lengths. Both models are available with a regular, double, or crew cab, as well as a standard or long bed. The pickup was redesigned for 2020, featuring an oversized front grille and aggressive, bold lighting. All models of the Chevy Silverado HD come standard with a new 6.6-liter V-8 engine that makes 464 pound-feet of torque and 401 horsepower. It pairs with a six-speed automatic transmission. You can upgrade to a more powerful 6.6-liter diesel-powered V-8 engine, rated at 910 pound-feet of torque and 445 horsepower. This unit matches with an Allison 10-speed automatic transmission. With the higher trims, you can get features like a Bose premium audio system, a driver information display screen, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, a larger 8-inch touch screen, satellite radio, and wireless charging capabilities. On the comfort side, extras include heated and ventilated seats, perforated leather upholstery, and power-adjustable front seats.
