Whether you’re looking for a work truck to haul and tow or simply prefer to have a vehicle that can do it all, the 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD has everything you need. Today, we will look at the different trim levels available, ensuring you have something built for toughness.

2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Trim Levels

WT

The WT trim is the base option and comes with a regular, standard bed, a 6.6L gas V8 engine, and a 10-speed automatic transmission. However, the 6.6 turbo diesel V8 engine is also available. You’ll also enjoy push-button start, Forward collision alert, manual climate control, and vinyl seats.

Custom

On the Custom trim level of the Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, you’ll get most of the WT features, along with cruise control, tinted rear glass, mirror-integrated turn signals, and all-terrain tires. This version also includes cloth seats, which is a minor upgrade.

LT

With the LT trim level, you’ll receive most of the Custom features, along with keyless start and open functionality, a 13.4-inch multi-touch display unit, built-in Google Infotainment system, audio controls on the steering wheel, a tailgate with power lock/release options, chrome bumpers, and all-season tires. Though it comes with a standard bed, regular bed, and RWD, you can upgrade to 4WD, a long bed, and a double or crew cab.

LTZ

If you choose the LTZ trim level, you’ll enjoy most of the LT features, with upgrades like auto-sensing windshield wipers, hitch views, an app for trailers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, dual-zone climate control, memory recalls for outside mirror and seat positions, and perforated leather seats with heat. 4WD, long beds, and crew cabs are also available for an added fee.

High Country

The High Country trim of the Silverado 2500 HD comes with a crew cab, 4WD, and a standard bed, though you can upgrade to a long bed if you want. Likewise, it features blind zone alerts for the trailer side, rear/front park assist, a bed view camera, HD surround vision, a universal home remote, and front center console storage. You’ll also find heated front bucket seats made of perforated leather and cargo bed lighting.

Other features include a power-sliding rear window, 6-inch chrome steps, body-color bumpers, and an Autotrac two-speed transfer case.

ZR2

Those who want all the bells and whistles will like the ZR2 trim level. It comes with most of the LTZ features, as well as HD surround vision, seven Bose speakers, a Richbass subwoofer, wireless device charging, and a 1.5-inch suspension lift. You’ll also find leather front bucket seats, an aluminum front skid plate, and roof market lamps.
