For 2021, the Chevrolet Tahoe large SUV has been fully redesigned and now offers even more interior space, along with improved ride and handling. It’s available in LS, LT, the sporty RST, the rugged Z71, Premier, and luxurious High Country trim levels, which, along with three powerful engine options, enables you to get the the ideal Tahoe for your family. 1. Exterior Design

The new Chevy Tahoe is bigger and longer with a bold grille design that gives it an imposing road presence. Opting for the entry-level LS gets you LED lighting, side steps, 18-inch alloy wheels, color-keyed door handles, and heated power mirrors. Stepping up to the LT brings you a hands-free liftgate. The street styling of the RST includes unique black accents and 22-inch wheels, while the off-road capable Z71 offers a higher approach angle, front tow hooks and skid plates, and 20-inch wheels sporting all-terrain tires. 4. Powerful Performance

Standard power for the Tahoe is provided by a 5.3-liter V-8 engine delivering 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque. Under the hood of the High Country is a mighty 6.2-liter V-8 that generates 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. All but the Z71 are available with a 3.0-liter turbo-diesel producing 277 horsepower and 460 pound-feet. A 10-speed automatic transmission is paired with each engine. The Tahoe’s new independent rear suspension ensures a smooth and refined drive. For Premier and High Country models, magnetic ride control enhances your comfort even more. All models are available with all-wheel drive, and it comes standard on the Z71. When properly equipped, you have a towing capacity of up to 8,400 pounds.
