    I called with a probably unique question. Kyle took my call & set up an appointment for me. When I got there I told him about another problem & asked him to put my sticker on my windshield so it would be straight. No problem. He & the techs took care of my 1at problem, my car showed I only had about 32% left on my brake pads & my car is a 2025 with 28,000 miles. The tech mesaured my brake pads & then re-set my computer on the car. Checked out my other problem which was the low gas mileage I was getting. Kyle explained they could find nothing wrong there but went on to explain several reasons why. Got my sticker on ! I was a happy camper. Never have any problem at Jim Turner Chevrolet. Everyone is nice & friendly & they listen. I would probably be buying a new vehicle right now but I can't afford one & I really do love the one I have.
