We all know how stressful it becomes when you take your car or truck to get it service or repaired. At Turner Chevrolet rep Will greeted with his smile. I have a Chevy Tahoe 2024 Premier, with a Duramax engine, and having the Super cruise option. My problem arises, the super cruise was finicky, and the adapted cruise control also was acting up. He writes up all the issues and concerns you may have, and to ensure that we are in the same wavelength, he’ll bring out the mechanic to validate your concerns. I wanted the same truck as my previous purchase earlier in the year, but with just a few more features. I did not think it would work, but I asked Victor Rogers and he went to work. I asked on a Wednesday and by the following Monday the truck was found and pre qual paperwork done. Tuesday morning finance had been secured and in early afternoon I headed to JTC. I think I spent a total of maybe 45 minutes getting things signed and take care of. I was able to get the truck I wanted, my trade value was in a spot that made me happy as well as the OTD. Once again I got to work with a great dealership and good people. I will continue to use JTC for my maintenance (they are 67 miles from me so that says something) and if I need another vehicle I will go straight to them. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough.
